1. Sign into your Smarthealth account and click on Medical records and then Personal Information to get your demographic data

2. Click on vital signs to access and record your vital signs

3. Click on Encounter to view all your medical activities and interactions with doctors.

4. Click on Diagnosis to either upload a new diagnosis or view past diagnosis

5. Click on Allergies to add new allergies and view your history.

6. click on Medications to add new medications you are on and also view past medications
